1.2 Nousattva makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Platform or the information, products, or services contained therein.

2.1 The Platform does not provide medical, dietary, or nutritional advice.
2.2 Any food listings, descriptions, or labels are provided by Vendors and are not verified or endorsed by Nousattva.
2.3 Consumers with allergies, dietary restrictions, or health conditions must consult directly with Vendors and exercise personal judgment before placing orders.
3. Vendor Responsibility
3.1 Vendors are solely responsible for:
- The preparation, handling, and safety of food listed on the Platform;
- Compliance with applicable food safety laws and regulations;
- Accuracy of listings, descriptions, and pickup instructions.
3.2 Nousattva does not inspect, audit, or certify food premises or food quality.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nousattva disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from:
- Use of or inability to use the Platform;
- Food-related incidents, including contamination, allergic reactions, or illness;
- Misconduct, negligence, or breach by Vendors or Consumers;
- Technical errors, outages, or interruptions in Platform functionality.
4.2 Nousattva shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
5. Third-Party Content and Services
5.1 The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content (including payment processing services provided by Stripe).
5.2 Nousattva does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party content or practices.
5.3 Users access third-party services at their own risk and are subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
6. Force Majeure
6.1 Nousattva shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
